Dear folks at Coke-

Today, after enjoying a delicious Subway sammich with my colleague (and super cutie) Erin, I thought I would give the soda machine another visit. While perusing the delicious beverage choices (8!), I happened upon Orange Crush. Now I probably haven’t had a Crush of any kind in 20 or so years but man let me tell you, just a bit of Orange Crush mixed in with regular Coke was surely a good flavor combo that I would like to experience again and again. So, the makers of Coke, if you would make this beverage (catchy name I came up with follows), I would surely buy it and drink it and love it.

Big Red vending machine

One of my favorite memories-

Going to William Stigall’s store in San Gabriel in the middle of the summer and getting an ice cold Big Red sody water (or just sody to my Nana) out of the side-opening soda machine.

and suddenly I see a headline

there is no snow in Chicago (yet)

there is no rain in Illinois

I have been to lots of dances

and acted perfectly disgraceful

but I never actually collapsed
